What is a heater?
Before paying for a channel heater, it should be said that a heater is a device that produces heat and thermal energy. Basically, the electric heater converts electrical energy into heat energy.
Types of heaters
There are different types of heaters, including; Electric heater, gas heater, heater unit and industrial electric heater. By using the heater, the required heat for factories, greenhouses, chicken farms, mushroom and poultry growing halls is provided. These devices are made in various types such as gas, diesel, electric and dual fuel.
Providing heat in places where animals and plants grow is of great importance. Temperature is a sensitive and mandatory index in the growth of living organisms, and if it is not prepared and adjusted accurately, we will see a decrease in air efficiency. Several reasons go hand in hand in making heaters so that the device has high quality and efficiency.
What is a channel heater?
Channel heater is a device made of galvanized sheet which is used to heat the air inside the channel to enter office, commercial and residential environments. When the conditioned air is produced in the air conditioner and exits from the coil due to the long path of the channel, the heat exchange causes the temperature of the hot air to decrease.
These heaters are designed and made in the form of independent heating terminals.
Channel heaters control the thermal conditions in the ventilated space with high precision with variable heat supply. Installing channel electric heaters in different parts of a building creates the most flexibility to control each thermal zone.
Duct heaters can be used for primary heating, reheating and supplementary heating applications.
Types of channel heaters:
- Square heater in different sizes
- Square heater with round conversion (collar)
- It can be said that the above two models can be presented in double-wall insulation and are covered with stone wool.
This device is made according to the thermal capacity and aeration amount (CFM) announced by the customer and is offered in three-phase and single-phase models.
Channel heater components:
- Galvanized sheet
- Element (replaceable in each period)
- Fine element
- Fireproof wire
- Terminal
- SSR
- Thermostat
- Pressure Switch (if required by the customer)
- Insulation (for the double-window model if the customer needs)
- Electric panel made of aluminum with a custom furnace color
